In an Act to amend the Criminal Code and the Canadian Human Rights Act and to make related amendments to another Act (hate propaganda, hate crimes and hate speech), informants to the court may report based on fear of hate propaganda offence or hate crime. (ie: future crime)

Recognizance of offender to be decided by judement of the court to include "any reasonable conditions to the recognizance that the judge considers desirable".

Conditions include wearing electronic monitor, forced submission of bodily substance for analysis, prohibition in communicating, firearms prohibition, surrender of possesions and eludes to a "variance of conditions" that may be applied for by the informant to the court, with little definition to those terms.

A top NIH official admitted in a Wednesday letter that the US-funded so-called “gain-of-function” research in Wuhan, China – and that the US nonprofit which conducted it, EcoHealth Alliance – led by the controversial Peter Daszak, “failed to report” that they had created a chimeric bat coronavirus which could infect humans.

Daszak failed to report this finding, and has been given five days to submit “any and all unpublished data from the experiments and world conducted” under the NIH grant.

The recently deceased Canadian Senator Tommy Banks wrote to Joe Biden on behalf of the Canadian Senate Committee in 2005 citing an "Urgent matter". Warning that the State of North Dakota was "about to unilaterally abrogate the Boundary Waters Treaty", between Canada and the United States. Today altered regulations of the EPA allows polluted waters to flow into Canada through the Red River tributaries of Devils Lake.

In a study which suggests Global Warming as basis for its research, Harvard University Scientists perpetualize the proposal to restore the earths thermal atmosphere through mitigation of light we recieve from the Sun. Harvard's Solar Geoengineering Research Program website with 7 hour Forum video. Harvard appear to be convinced that there is no debate on the "Warming" issue, dispite the assertions of researchers who point to different data or misleading data collection.

Part of the 7 hour video forum presentation is entitled "Social Science: What we know, and what we ought to know".

When deciding to spray solids into OUR atmosphere, what "ought" to be known, for absolute certainty, is the exact proportion of incorrect extrapolation and mismanaged data that is utilized in making the declaration of "Global Warming". While posturing as though ALL the experts are unanimous. Which they are decidedly not.

We the citizens of Canada have lost confidence in Justin Trudeau and the Liberal/NDP coalition;
We call on the house for a vote of no confidence;
We ask for an election 45 days after the vote if won;
The current government elected is not acting in the best interest of all citizens.
The policies of this government aren't aligning with the crisis Canada is facing: housing costs, infringement of civil liberties, highest inflation in history, unbalanced immigration policies, taxation to the point of poverty, weakening of our economy by importing natural resources that Canada already has and under-utilizes; and

Abstract
We make a quantitative comparison between the COVID-19 mortality statistics of the
Government of Canada (Public Health Agency of Canada; managed by the Chief Public
Health Officer) and calculated total excess all-cause mortality (ACM) (deaths from all
causes) for the Covid period. The claimed “COVID-19 deaths” mortality is almost double
the total excess ACM for the same period, which we find to be irreconcilable with reality.
We describe how these numbers have been uncritically used in public Government
communications, by leading media, and in a recent scientific article co-authored by
Canada’s Chief Public Health Officer, which claims that “without the use of restrictive
measures and without high levels of vaccination, Canada could have experienced […]
almost a million deaths.” We conclude that the COVID-19 mortality statistics are
unreliable at best, and possibly meaningless.
Introduction
In Canada and in the world, there were virtually no reported deaths assigned to
COVID-19 prior to the 11 March 2020 World Health Organization (WHO) declaration of
a pandemic. Likewise, no anomaly in all-cause mortality by time (day, week, month) can
be detected prior to the said declaration.1
The Government of Canada records “COVID-19 deaths” and reports the cumulative
value on a weekly basis, at its Public Health Agency of Canada “COVID-19
epidemiology update” dashboard.

were to be excluded from the jury pool until he attended for jury selection. He discovered this
through casual conversation with others. Upon searching, defence counsel found a notice to that
effect on the “Jury Summons Response Form” on the Alberta Queen’s Bench website. There
was no notice to Counsel of any kind.
